These are estimates, not a guarantee. Time saved assumes 18 minutes per psych eval and 7 minutes per follow-up against your current process. Reimbursement varies by payer, state and contract, and $120 is a conservative commercial rate for an established patient visit. Your own numbers will differ.
How the note allowance works
Caps sit above a full clinical day
Every plan is sized against real volume rather than an average. A full-time prescriber documenting nine to six lands comfortably inside Practice, so the allowance is not something you have to think about mid-session.
Changing plan takes one click
If you reach your allowance, upgrading applies immediately and is prorated, so the rest of the month runs on the larger plan. You are never asked to wait for a billing date to keep working.
Unused notes do not roll over
The allowance resets on your billing date. We set the caps above a genuinely full clinical day so that reset is not something you have to plan around.
Clinic notes are shared
On Clinic the monthly allowance pools across every provider. A heavy week for one clinician draws on the practice pool instead of hitting a personal wall.
